I have a lovely large bright and light filled home and am happy living on own, however, I thought I would post my spare room (with private bath) to see if I could find a good match to rent to.
I am a botanical illustrator and will be home a lot working so prefer to find someone with full time employment or a full-time and active student.
The cost includes all utilities so the $1100 a month is a flat rate. I know there are adds out there for $800 a room and such however, the rental includes own bathroom plus all utilities (wifi, elec, water, trash) and full use of large kitchen deck and living room area.
If I find someone we can organize a tv in your own room. I will be pretty into my own film at night in living room but other than that, it is more a home share than a room rental. I am tucked in a 1/2 acre lot surrounded by old growth oak trees with wild peacocks and herds of deer.
