Sanctuary in Highland Hills Available

Rent is $750, ideally for a minimum of 6 months, bills are included (electricity, gas, water, internet, pest maintenance and lawn care). A stable income and an interview is required to determine whether we can harmonize well.
Household supplies and groceries are negotiable though I prefer living communally rather than gringo style. And, I love to cook, so there's that bonus!
The room is furnished with a cozy full-size bed, desk, bookcase, dresser, a small closet, ceiling fan and a windows that face south and east. The full bathroom is shared when company comes over.
Amenities: Central air, laundry room with washer and dryer.
My other roomie is my super sweet and loving dog Apollo who is 12 years old and house-trained. He enjoys attention and playing outside. Only small dogs would be considered.
There is no smoking inside the house and no drugs. My home life is calm though there are occasionally guests for meals, meetings and drum ties/cantos.
Chores are shared for common areas but each person’s room is their own space.
The neighborhood is pretty chill, except for the occasional BBQ w/ loud music, and a pinata here and there. This is a 3 bedroom home with a yard and detached garage, near highway 37/281 between Hot Wells and Southcross.
Common sense expectations: respect of self and the home, thoughtfulness, personal responsibility, mutual aid, honesty and compassion are sought in a roommate.
