Looking to rent out a private (master) bedroom in a spacious 4-bedroom house. I currently live here alone and am looking for one solid, respectful roommate to help share the space and keep costs reasonable.

Shared common areas (kitchen, living room, art/crafts room, library front and backyard-garden

Low-traffic home. I like music but want to maintain consideration of noise levels
