I am on a fixed income (combinatìon of disability and EBT). I currentĺy live in the Intown Suites on Culebra Rd paying over $1200 per monh. There is an apartment complex exactly 1 mile down Culebra willing to do "2nd chance financing", but I do not make 2½ times the rent so do not qualify. I need a roommate to go in with me on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and split the ŕent in half. Look up Kenzie Park Apartments.. it looks wonderful.
