Budget-Friendly Room for a Responsible FemaleRoomy

I live in a 2bedroom 2 full-bath apartment on the 2nd floor. My apt does come with a 1 car garage which I will utilize but there is an empty parking in front of the garage. The parking is ample and the stairs are just one straight shot up, not steep, and to be honest doesn't even feel like that many flight of stairs. Patio faces the swimming pool / gym as they are adjacent from each other. Apt. complex is quiet, very dog friendly and the residents love to either jog the apt complex and/or walk their dogs. Chick-filet is at walking distance, hey! The bedrooms are the only rooms that have carpet.
Currently, the room is my office / closet space, therefore I would empty out the apartment once there is a committed roommate.

I do work full-time and attend college with one remote day work from home--on Friday's.
