Looking for Housemates!

This is the front of the house. There's a two-car garage!

Hello! My name is Jeremy. I live in a 3br, 2ba home with my girlfriend Audrey, and our friend Finn.

Who's in the house:
- Jeremy (me): I'm the homeowner, and I've lived in the home for ~3 years. I'm 25 years old, and I work in cybersecurity. I like coffee, piano, playing pickleball, working out, and a lot of other stuff.
- Finn: He's lived in the home for ~1 year, and he's 26 years old. He's in the Air Force, and he's moving in August 2026 for a new assignment.
- Audrey: She's my girlfriend, and she's 25 years old. She works in finance, and she's moving to Los Angeles in June 2026 for a promotion.

I'm looking for housemates to help me pay the mortgage when my current housemates move out. By September, it will just be me in the home, so I am looking for housemates now.

If you're interested, you'd have a private room and bathroom to yourself, and of course, you would have access to common areas like the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, etc. The home has a two-car garage too, so you'll have space to park your car.

Your total monthly cost would be $800. Utilities + WiFi are included. We have a cleaner come to the house periodically, and that's also no cost to you.

The upfront cost to move in would be between $826-$1600 depending on the day you decide to arrive. It would be $800 (refundable security deposit) + $26-$800 (pro-rated first month's rent) = $826-$1600. After the first month, rent would be due on the first.
