Hi, hope all is well. I have the following private bedroom(s) fully furnished for rent at a house (finished recently on 2020) in Overlook At Medio Creek located west of SA (78245 area). The furnished room for rent includes the following.

-Queen bedroom set furnished
-Comforter, bed sheets, and pillows
-New Towel
-50” 4K Smart TV
-HBO Max subscription
-Bathroom & kitchen supplies
-Access to shared living spaces
-All utilities included
-High speed internet WiFi
-Coded door lock
-New appliances shared
-Kids park and gated community pool
-Parking space

Deposit: $650
Monthly rent for 1 person per room ($100 additional per person in the same room):
-$750 per month for 1+ year lease
-$800 per month for 6-11 month lease
-$850 per month for 5 months or less lease

Additional note: The bedroom available shares a full and half bathroom with two other bedrooms. Everyone is to keep cleaning up after themselves and take weekly turns on doing deep cleaning maintenance (approximately 1 time per month each room).

House rules:
-Pay monthly rent on due date or before
-Please be mindful on the noise level, especially from 10pm-6am
-Please don’t slam doors or cabinets
-No drugs or smoking allowed in the house
-Please respect others and their belongings
-Please clean up after yourself in shared living spaces
-Please no shoes or sandals on the carpet areas (unless they’re used only in house and are clean)
-Please don’t leave things ON like TV, lights etc. if you’re not using them.
-Please remember to lock the front door and back door after going in/out.
-Please no pets in case anyone else is allergic
