I have a first floor furnished room with walk-in closet and private bathroom, and furnished balcony. Kitchen and downstairs living room are shared. $700 a month plus split utility (and internet if desired), which is typically another $100 depending on the season, for utility. 78216, near the Quarry and Olmos Basin. It's a quiet complex, must apply with property manager and be approved.

I'm typically very quiet and keep to myself. My kitties are generally pretty quiet and keep to themselves too! I prefer to keep a clean space as much as possible, as a full time working person. I appreciate the same cleanliness and respect of the space from a roommate.

I'm seeking a clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful roommate. Must be neat and clean. Must be ok with cats, they will generally leave you alone.
