Furnished Bedroom

Furnished 10’ x 12’ bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood near 1604 & Bulverde. The house has easy access to 1604, 281, and 410, making it convenient for getting around San Antonio. $750/month includes all bills and internet.

The room is upstairs and comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, and nightstand. In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom, you’ll have access to the rest of the house, including the kitchen and laundry. There’s also a backyard patio with a grill, as well as access to the neighborhood pool and tennis court.

Parking is available, and the length of stay is negotiable. The room is available now, and the $500 security deposit is fully refundable at move-out, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

I’m a high-school English teacher and generally lead a pretty quiet lifestyle. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and only occasionally have guests over. I tend to keep to myself most of the time, but I’m friendly and enjoy chatting or hanging out occasionally. There are also two indoor cats in the house. They’re friendly and curious, but generally independent.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate, and comfortable with a relatively quiet household. No additional pets or couples, please. Otherwise, I’m pretty flexible about who I live with and am happy to consider students, working professionals, and people of different ages.
