I have two (2) unfurnished rooms, separately available for rent. The house was completely renovated this year (2024). This includes brand new electric wiring, insulation, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, drywall, paint, windows, and ceiling fans. The floors were also redone. The room has not been occupied since the renovation completed. The rooms are in a rancher style house with a large fenced yard.
I am looking for professional, responsible, respectful people willing to live in a shared living space. I will do a background check, including verification of income. You will need to provide pay slips covering 30 days of pay and year-to-date earnings as well as proof of identity (government-issued IDs). A background check will be done on prospective clients at $ 49 per person.
smoking is prohibited but one small pet is allowed per room rented with an addition nonrefundable deposit of $150 per pet.
All rooms will share a bathroom. The room is available now!!
Monthly rent includes water, sewer, high-speed internet, electricity.
