I live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to HEB and restaurants are very close. The bedroom is cozy and quiet. Room is furnished. The semi-private bathroom is good size with two sinks, shower and tub combo.
There is a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Outside amenities include hot tub, covered patio with hammock and seating to relax. There is also a grill available to use.
I work from home so having a quiet renter is a must due to teams meetings. I am a pretty laid-back person but safety and cleaning up after yourself are very important.
I'm looking to rent to a professional, nonsmoking female who is responsible, clean, relatively quiet, and completely drama-free. Be prepared to show me proof of income and references are required after an initial interview.
