I am looking for another roommate for a medium size room approx 12x12. The room is furnished if needed for $700. There is a separate/shared bathroom

There is another smaller room that is furnished is also available for $600

The room and house are fully furnished with a bed and a dresser if needed .

The house is located 2 minutes walk from bus stop . It is near what was the AT&T Center

ALL BILLS ARE PAID INCLUDING UTILITIES

There is a $50application fee. NO CREDIT CHECK . Background check and Employment history is needed to verify you can cover rental payment .
Deposit is $450
