Room for Rent (Medium Sized Room with two closets)

This is a one room + private bathroom combo in my Condo unit. You will also have access to a washer dryer nook, the kitchen, and living room (when I’m not using my space) and the yard.

A bed and some basic furnishings are currently in the room, but at the request of the renter, they can be removed. I live across the street from an H‑E‑B as well as adjacent to a strip mall with a bar, head shop, gas station, and several restaurants.

Professional, but open-minded and reasonable tenant. I’m friendly, accommodating, clean, and 420+ friendly. The room is located within a condo, thus we have neighbors thar share a few walls. Due to this setup, noise must be at reasonable levels during the evening late night hours during the work week.

I’d prefer an individual, who’s within the LGBT community, but not a requirement, and who is clean and will respect shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and yard.
