Room for Rent (Medium Sized Room with two closets)

This is a small-medium sized room + private bathroom combo that is located within my townhouse.

You will also have access to a washer dryer nook, the kitchen, and living room (when I’m not using my space) and the yard.

A bed and some basic furnishings are currently in the room, but at the request of the renter, they can be removed. I live across the street from an H‑E‑B as well as adjacent to a strip mall with a bar, head shop, gas station, and several restaurants.

Professional, but open-minded and reasonable tenant. I’m friendly, accommodating, clean, and + friendly. The room is located within a townhouse, thus we have neighbors thar share a couple walls. Due to this setup, noise must be at reasonable levels during the evening late night hours during the work week.

I’d prefer an individual (LGBTQ preferred, but not a req) who’s clean and will respect shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and yard.
