-No drama. We mind our own business. You are welcome to socialize but not necessary. If you keep to yourself, that's okay. All we ask is that you be respectful of everyone else and pay your rent on time.

-Kitchen access (Prefer you have your own dishes and utensils but will share as long as you clean up after yourself in a timely manner. Courtesy goes a long way in this household.)
