ABOUT THE HOUSE/ROOM: 
- Large (about 2300 sq. ft.) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Converse. 1 of the bedrooms is rented.
- two rooms available single occupancy.
- Large closet in room.
- Ceiling fan.
- utilities (water, electric, and trash), and internet.
- Access to the common areas (kitchen, living room, sitting room, dining room, pantry, 1.5 baths, as well as deck and fenced in backyard) included.
- Use of washer and dryer included.
- Use of wood, charcoal and gas BBQ pits included.
- Very quiet neighborhood. 
- Immediate freeway access to 1604 and less than 5 miles from I-35 and 15 miles to Hwy 281, 11 miles to Loop 410. 
- 3 month lease to start then longer if it works out.
