I have 2 rooms available in my home each one fully furnished. The 1st bedroom is large & is available for $1600 per month. The 2nd bedroom is medium & is available for $1300 per month. The rent includes all utilities, a garage space, WIFI, as well as access to all amenities within very short easy walking distance including a swimming pool, playground, volleyball court, basketball court, greenway space for walking, a fishing pond for fishing, an outdoor pavillon, etc.

Each room within this 2,500 square foot home is fully equipped with a new queen-size bed with memory foam, a nice size closet, a window for natural light, a ceiling fan, separate seating area, and a TV. Both rooms are upstairs and share 1 large full bathroom. On the same upper floor, there is a large loft area with additional comfortable seating & desk area offered as well as access to 3rd separate room for additional quiet or work space that also functions as a yoga / meditation studio room for use if desired. The large home includes access to a separate office for use downstairs, a guest half-bathroom, and an open concept fully furnished living room, dining room, & fully-equipped kitchen.
