If you have a TV always close the door while watching.
Keep wooden floors (common area and restroom) clean and dry at all times. Because wood can be damaged more easily if the water stays there for a period without dehydrating it
Clean common area after using.

No early termination fee however failure to give written 30 days notice when moving out, you will be responsible for the fee of the whole month.
Any damage after moving out will be charged afterward, if you want to change the situation of the room without penalty ask me before you do
