Available September 6 th., ABP. The condo is in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The available room is on the second floor, it’s spacious, has plenty of light and storage. FEMALES preferred….This bathroom is shared with two female residents. The first floor has a large living/dining area and coffee in the kitchen each morning. Great central location north of Austin, close to I35, 183, Mopac and 360, within walking distance to Metro bus line and Target, minutes from downtown, The DOMAIN, Shopping, University of Texas, ACC and several hospitals making it convenient for Professionals and Medical Professionals.

You must have a steady job or income, provide your own reliable transportation, food, bedding, towels and washing supplies.

You have access to W/D, Wi-Fi, Fire TV, and an inviting community swimming pool during the summer. We have 2 small dogs to greet you boisterously and 2 cool laid back cats. The tenants are positive, relaxed and friendly, respect your privacy and hope you respect theirs. We keep a clean home but not spotless.
