Furnished Master, Utilities Included In Modern Apt

I'm a recent UNT college graduate, young, responsible professional male with an extra master bedroom in a gated apartment in NE Austin, right off HWY 290 close to 183, 11 miles to downtown, 10 miles to the Domain.

The apartment is a 3BR, 2BA, 1,067 sq ft apartment, and was built in 2017 in a multicultural neighborhood. I will be the only tenant living here after my brother relocates. I work full-time, during the day, M-F.

The bedroom for rent is the master with attached, private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. I'm occupying the 2 smaller bedrooms. The apartment has a full-size Maytag washer and dryer. All utilities are included in monthly fee!

I prefer a 6 month tenant, but am open to considering month-to-month options.

This is currently a furnished room with basics: a comfortable queen bed, desk, and chair; tenant would need to provide their own bed sheets, comforter, and pillows. I can remove the furniture and you bring your own bedroom furniture, if needed.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with my personal furnishings. I love design, art, piano, and exploring downtown Austin. My apartment is a smoke-free place, and on the 3rd floor.

I?m caring for my brother?s dog until September, so new tenant would need to be ok with a dog. She?s incredibly calm, quiet, and super friendly. I often take her to work with me but she stays home on some days.
