1 Upstairs Room in 4 bedroom home

We are looking for a roommate to join us in our 4 bedroom home in Nolensville, TN starting June 7.

FYI: we can furnish, if needed.

It is just the 2 of us, Christian empty-nesters, living the Papa & Nana life. 😀 We do both work, primarily from home and tend to travel often for business as well. With the extra space, this can be a mutual blessing.

This is a 4 bedroom home, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The back area backs up to a wooded creek area.

Your space:

-- upstairs bedroom (the only bedroom upstairs) with access to full bath also upstairs, just across from the bedroom
-- shared upstairs bonus room, which would also allow you evening private time for TV, etc
-- shared living space downstairs (kitchen, dining, living, etc)
-- backyard pool and patio
-- use of full single car garage space (it is a 3-car garage, we will use the double side)
-- $1900 monthly (this covers utilities)

Prefer single female, no pets, no smoking, ideally a working professional . 😀
