Newly remodeled home in the Berclair area, directly by the interstate so you can get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes. I have one bedroom that’s furnished with a full-size bed, smart TV and a dresser. The bedroom has a half bath en suite. I do have two small dogs both under 10 pounds.

I live a sober lifestyle so alcohol and drugs are not allowed.

Ideal roommate would be a female that doesn’t drink or drug. I work M-F 7:00-3:30.

I would consider renting to a nurse that only comes to town to work a few days, we can work out a nightly fee.

I have no drama, rarely have company and I keep to myself.
