The original Master Bedroom/Bath, offers a privacy locking, door to the hall way, both an armoire, & a closet + dresser/drawers, provided for storage. What was called, a “Pullman Bath”, when built, is accessed in this Master Bedroom Room. This bath, has been demolished, to its studs, & rebuilt, with new toilet, vanity, + floor, walls & ceiling, with tumbled tile shower w/barn-style, clear glass door..
The house has other amenities, the renter, will share, such as kitchen w/gas cooktop, & cast iron cookware. There’s an outdoor living space, a 16’ X 12’ Deck + Large Stainless Steel Charcoal Grill.
Detached from the residence, is an independently heated & cooled, music studio, built with sound isolation materials. Any non-piano instrument may be practiced, until wee hours. There is a Baby Grand. Steinway piano, inside the residence., upon which practice is welcome, until reasonable hours. If necessary, there is a hotel-fridge-sized, safe. The attic has had more flooring and lighting added, so that more items can be stored there. It’s no bonus room, but is useful , for items which aren’t affected by temperature. AR
