I have a room available in my 1700 Sq Ft, 3-bed, 2-bath house near Sea Isle Park. I (age 32) own the home and currently have 1 other roommate (age 24). We are two guys that live an active lifestyle, keep the house relatively clean and tidy, and have always had a good experience with roommates.

-Shared bathroom (you would share with 1 other roommate)
-All the standard kitchen appliances
-Washer and dryer
-Large freezer
-Dyson V11 vacuum (if you know... you know)
-Large, open common area
-Pool table
-2-car carport behind the house (not visible from the street)
-Spacious driveway
-Large back yard
-Walking distance to Sea Isle Park (disc golf course, dog park, and 1-mile walking path loop)
-Great neighbors
-Safe neighborhood
-Flat $800 monthly rent (I cover all utilities and internet)

A couple house rules:
-No pets
-No drugs or smoking
