Room for rent

Hello! I'm moving out of my house in August and am looking for someone to take over my spot in the house. The house is located right off the Highland Strip on S. Reese and is just a few minutes away from the University of Memphis campus, making it perfect for students! It's in good repair, includes a washer and dryer, and has a driveway and street parking. There are two other tenants that you would be sharing the home with. Both tenants are women, and female applicants will be preferred. The house is mostly furnished, so the only items you would need to bring are bedroom furnishings. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is already occupied, so you would share the hallway bath with the other tenant. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept, and is in between Southern and Central Ave, making other parts of town very easy to access. Rent is $610 a month. Utilities are divided equally and range from $250-300 a month, including Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome, but there is a $100 charge for pets. Application is required.
