Greetings! I have a room for rent in this peaceful and convenient home in Cordova! First and foremost I am a guy in case that matters to you. I am looking for a roommate (any gender) who is responsible, who is respectful, and clean. Cleaning up behind yourself is very important to me. I am also looking for someone who does not require lots of company with heavy traffic. The rent will be $775 every month. Utilities already included. The room is furnished if items are needed.
