I have a three bedrooms but just looking to rent out 1 room for the moment. I don't do any drugs, I don't drink, and I'm too lame to have party's so I need someone who also doesn't do any of that. At least in the house.
I have two cats fyi. And I'm very much a stickler about cleanliness and privacy.

There's a front and backyard and 1 bathroom besides mine. I'm open to pets to an extent, men or women, but not children. I don't really get into arguments or raise my voice so I like to believe I'm pretty chill. But I'm very serious about maintaining responsibility and cleanliness in the house. I'm willing to negotiate whatever.
