my lease is renewing in november and my current roommate will be leaving, so i need someone to take his room. unit is owned by coldwell banker and requires tenants to make 3x their portion of the rent and sign 1 year lease

2 bed 1 bath + garage (whole unit is 1,812 sqft, the room is a little over 100 sqft) rent is $700/person without utilities, and is 5 minutes from mtsu. shared kitchen and living room, and i have a washing machine + dryer.

i’m 26M, quiet, clean, respectful, and mostly in my room. looking for someone in a similar age range

*the pictures of the bedroom are actually of the neighboring unit, but mirrored to accurately reflect the layout of the room in our unit. my current roommate has his stuff in there and i don’t have any pictures of the room while it’s empty
