Room for Rent - Shared Living / Bathroom Space

I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I value a peaceful home environment and good communication. It’s a laid-back, drama-free, friendly space—ideal for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful living situation.

Guests are welcome in moderation, but I do prefer to keep the home fairly quiet without a lot of outside traffic. I take pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable space for both of us.

I do have a cat, and I’m open to pets as long as they’re house-trained and well-behaved.
