Looking for an apartment at $736 a month? My name is Dakota, and I'd be the roommate you're replacing if you say yes!

This is a 2ND FLOOR 2 bed, 2 bath shared apartment at Ashwood Cove — perfect for MTSU students looking to live close to campus (6 - 7 minutes away), or for couples wanting a spacious bedroom and a bathroom across the hall. Available to move in by the 1st of August, with monthly rent being $775. Rent is divided by the number of occupants, so it can be even lower if you're a pair!

Amenities include:

Public pool right across the road
Next-door laundromat — $2 each to wash and dry

Flat water bill (included with rent, no matter how much you use)

You're able to smoke in the apartment! Something new I actually learned.

Monthly costs for YOU as the roommate:
-Rent: 775$ for you, or half that if you're a couple! Due by the 5th of each month.

Electricity: $120–$140 (varies with AC usage), due by the 16th. Your portion is half the above amount.

Internet: NOT INCLUDED, but you can get it installed as soon as I move out. Current recommendation is AT&T, about $67 a month for home internet.

Water: Included in rent, no extra charge.

Also keep in mind, it's $65 for the application fee, and there's an initial $200 fee for trading your place as a roommate.

I handled paying rent, electricity, and internet — if you want, we can coordinate getting everything switched over.. Costs are split evenly between everyone living at the apartment. If you feel more comfortable paying everything for yourself, that's fine, and we can work out who gives portions and who pays the bill. I'll also rope in my current roommate so he has a full plan.

You're welcome to bring pets. There’s a $250 pet deposit and a $20 monthly fee added to rent. Just make sure they’re potty-trained.
