▹ 🧺 In-unit washer & dryer (included in rent)
▹ 💻 Internet, 💡 electric, and 💧 water/sewer included
▹ 📝 $50 background check (required by community)
🛏 About the Room
▹ Option 1: Unfurnished bedroom (15' x 11.2'). The bathroom is private most of the time, but occasionally shared when our college-aged sons visit. (Note: washer & dryer are in this bathroom.) This room is available for $975/month
▹ Option 2: The primary suite (13.9' x 12.5') with a completely private bathroom for $1250/month.
▹ Bonus: The third bedroom will be set up as a guest room, used only occasionally by our sons or out-of-town visitors. When it’s not in use, the roommate would be welcome to use it for guests—especially on weekends since we will usually be gone then.

Both options include access to all common areas: living room, kitchen, patio, and laundry.

▹ Sons drop in occasionally depending on schedules
▹ 🐶 Friendly, neutered Miniature Pinscher who’s only there when we are (pet-friendly, but a second (small) dog may require $15/month pet rent + $300 one-time fee)
▹ 🚫 Husband is allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats
▹ 🎉 Most weekends the apartment is empty → lots of quiet/private time!

We’re pretty chill and easy to live with. After work, my husband likes to relax with TV—he’s an avid Cincinnati Reds fan, enjoys cooking and food shows, and has a soft spot for vintage movies. He’s also into Taskmaster and humorous talk or game shows. He’s more of an extrovert, while I’m an introvert, so our home strikes a nice balance: friendly and easygoing, but also calm and respectful of quiet time.
