Looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home? There are currently four other people living in the home. Everyone is respectful, clean, and generally keeps to themselves, but we’re also friendly and happy to interact if you’d like. The goal is to keep the home comfortable and welcoming for everyone.
Before Moving In
1️⃣ Let me know how long you intend to stay
Please tell me your expected length of stay so we can make sure the arrangement is a good fit.
2️⃣ First month’s rent ($700) + security deposit ($300)
You’ll need to have the first month’s rent and security deposit available before moving in.(Month to Month)
3️⃣ Simple background check
A standard background check is required. This is simply so I know who will be living in the home and can help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
