Room for rent in North Knoxville

My husband and I are looking for a roommate in North Knoxville and just looking to see if anyone would have any interest. The room will be ready in a couple weeks but feel free to schedule a time to come look at it. We are looking for someone or preferably a couple to rent a room in our 3 bedroom home. It may not be your typical situation though. Here's why. I am disabled and bed bound currently. I have a caregiver who comes in 5 days a week and other medical professionals who come weekly. I do have my hospital bed in the living room and my husband sleeps on the couch so he can help me at night. But, you can come and go and feel free to come chill in the living room with us. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room and your own bedroom. We have two bathrooms that you can use either of. We do have an adult son who lives here as well but he's Autistic and pretty much stays in his room. We also have a small elderly dog and a fat lazy cat. We prefer you not have any animals if possible but it's negotiable. You will also have access to Wi-fi. Like I said, we are looking for preferably a couple, (no kids please) we want someone who has a job of course as we are asking $800 a month rent. That will be $720 rent and $80 towards the KUB bill. There will be an $800 deposit as well. We ask you to be drug free and clean. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves and help keep the parts of the house you use clean and possibly just help with mowing the yard. You will also have access to a small fire pit in the backyard. We will do a background check but a past will not necessarily disqualify you as we understand people have pasts.
