Large room in Deane Hill / West Hills area

This is a room (private bathroom included) for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment unit! It's within walking distance of West Town Mall, a Food City, and the KAT bus 11. We would like to split rent evenly, so for one more person it would be $562 a month, and for 2 new people it would be $422. It's just me and my partner, we are a queer couple and we are quite intorverted! Our current roommates are moving due to a family emergency. We would like to socialize if welcome, but usually we are either in our room or out somewhere. The unit does include a balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious common area! Other couples are welcome to move in, and both pet spots are open for grabs :). Pet deposit is a one time thing and has already been paid previously, but for cats it adds $30 to your rent per month, and for dogs it's $40.
