Looking for a responsible person

I live in a townhouse it’s a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom and 1/2 one downstairs. It has a big fenced in patio. Everything is furnished except the bedroom that is available and the bathroom. I have a dog who is my life. So you must love animals. I can’t have another dog. Possibly a cat would be okay because her best friend was a cat. There is parking and a salt water in ground pool and small gym. You must be okay with going on the lease with me. Ive not had good luck finding a great person everyone has lied and was something totally different after moving in. So unless i can get references and job verification then it probably not worth my time. I’m a 47 year old healthcare worker. I get up early so i go to bed early. I have brand new smart washer & Dryer. I’m looking for a clean responsible person preferably a woman that a little older. But will see. I try not to judge because that’s not fair but i still don’t want no one lying just to get a place. So please if you’re serious. Please send me a text on my cell phone i need someone asap.
