Hey guys! My roommate and I are music education majors at UTK and have a beautiful spacious apartment behind West Town Mall. Rent is $661 per month plus utilities (usually around $30). It is unfurnished but we have all necessary shared furniture, you would just need to furnish your room. You would have a walk-in closet and share a bathroom with only me, and the apartment complex includes a pool and several other amenities. We have an in-unit washer/dryer. The lease starts on May 27 but you can move in later. We are very clean and quiet and have lived in Knoxville here for several years so if you need a tour guide we’ve got you! Enclosed are pictures of the bathroom and your bedroom. We’d love to live with you!
