Home to share in a safe neighborhood, public transportation in walking distance. Local shopping and groceries stores, churches and coffee shop, close by. Wildlife to watch in the pond across the street. Off street parking, private bedroom and bathroom, semi-private living room with large flat screen TV. Very nice kitchen to share with prep. island and second sink, Washer/Dryer on property. I do require prompt clean up after your use. Close to downtown Knoxville, includes University of Tennessee, Shopping, Movies, Library, Sightseeing, Museums, and lots of quaint restaurants. Easy access to the Interstates, Dolly Wood, and Gatlinburg, Nashville all within your reach. What I'm looking for: A kind responsible adult who will respect my home. No illegal drugs allowed on my property. Light responsible alcohol drinking is acceptable. Please no drunkenness. I do have three pets, who spend their time on and in my side of my home. One very old cat, two dogs. Willow 2yr. old about 30 lbs. and Couper 4yr. old about 23 lbs. Both dogs are very smart and pretty well behaved. All three are short haired pets.
