Beautiful private Bedroom with private bathroom!

Hello I’m a 47yr old woman I’m needing to rent the other bedroom full bathroom walk-in closet out ASAP. It’s a beautiful townhome with large patio in the back. It’s fully furnished in the common areas. You will have to furnish the bedroom and bathroom. The property has a pool and small gym for the summer. The utility’s and WiFi is separate. I’m looking for Female only. Preferably older. I just had a bad situation with a couple that were my friends that were only in there 20’s it was awful they fought all the time they never cleaned anything they never paid there bills. They took advantage of me. Then she put her hands on me. So i need someone that’s a little older and responsible. I have a dog. Who is my life. She is the sweetest and most loving dog. So you must love animals. I live a quiet peaceful drama free life. I don’t party nor do drugs. I’m pretty chill. I’m a little ocd when it comes to making sure the place is clean and smell free. Just want someone that’s respectful of boundaries and my things that are included in common areas. There a brand new washer and dryer. It’s a beautiful townhome. I’m in the healthcare field so i work regular hours. I also have some medical issues that i ask you to be aware of when wondering about anything. If you don’t know just ask.
