You will have your own bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is in the main hallway, but I have my own and always use that anyway. I prefer a short-term lease (6 months) and we will decide mutually if it’s working if we want to extend. First and last month will be paid up front plus half month of security deposit. Full kitchen that you are free to use as you wish. I’m fairly easy going as a roommate, I have had roommates most of my adult life. I work an office job so I am in the office 2-3 days a week 8-5, with a wfh day here or there. I don’t mind if you have people over or anything. It will be non-smoking and there are pets but they are friendly and stay out of the way for the most part. We are about 8 minutes from UT and 15 min from west Knoxville.
