Sanders & East TN Children's Hospital, this room includes a full double bed (linens inc), double nightstands & lamps, dedicated workspace w ergonomic chair, desk & lamp, "Roku Smart TV w Voice Remote, soundinsulated walls & floor, and a secure Schlage electronic digital coded entry lock. The Clinch is located next to a shared bathroom, & has its own separate bathroom entry door with Schalge electronic digital coded lock for privacy making it a semiprivate bath. High speed ( mbps +) WiFi & utilities included.
Full access to shared indoor & outdoor living areas; fully furnished kitchens, Laundry Rooms, Living room, Den (w " Roku smart TV w Voice Remote & gas fireplace), large level deck and backyard, large covered Front Porch).

The home is designed for independent, midterm guests. You will have privacy and can come and go as you wish. We are available by message or phone if anything comes up, but we keep interaction minimal unless a guest needs assistance. Other residents are working professionals who also value a quiet, respectful environment.

This home is shared with a small number of mature, professional residents, many of whom work in medical or corporate roles. It’s a quiet environment suited for guests who value privacy and respect for others. One guest per bedroom. Pets are considered on a limited, casebycase basis with prior approval, and we allow a maximum of three petowning guests in the home at any time. Not suitable for children, infants, or group stays.
