2 Furnished Rooms – Master w/ Half Bath

Hi, I’m Kristine. I’ve been hosting and renting rooms in my home for about three years and have maintained great ratings. While short-term hosting has been rewarding, it isn’t consistent enough for the long-term stability I’m looking for, so I’d love to find a permanent, full-time roommate. That said, short-term renters and travel professionals are still welcome.
Room 1: Master bedroom with private ½ bathroom, fully furnished, new flooring, and extra space for a home office or gaming setup.
Room 2: Brand-new queen bed, dresser, Smart TV with apps, large closet, and additional space for a desk or gaming area.
Shared spaces: Large kitchen with newly renovated cabinets and countertops, spacious living room, in-home laundry, and an attached sunroom. The sunroom is a designated space for my pets when I’m not home.
I’m comfortable living with different personalities and value clear communication, mutual respect, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental, but more introverted and truly value a peaceful home.
I work 12-hour overnight shifts, so I need uninterrupted sleep during my rest hours. I keep a clean, organized home and stay on top of household responsibilities. I’m a great match for someone who works long or opposite shifts, since we’ll mostly see each other in passing except for my days off — and because of my schedule, it can often feel like you have the place to yourself.
My dogs are part of my family, but when I’m working, they have their own designated space away from the common areas. When I’m home, they may be in shared spaces depending on everyone’s comfort level.
Most importantly, you must be a dog person. If you’re respectful, stable, and appreciate a calm, tidy environment, we’ll likely be a great fit.
