Quaint furnished bedroom on private upper floor with dedicated half bath and access to study/bonus room. Bedroom and bath both have ample private storage space. A smart TV can be provided for the room if desired. Linens can also be provided.

Other features and amenities of the property are coded entry (no key to keep up with), laundry, communal living/dining room with gas fireplace, communal kitchen with use of dishes and cooking supplies (sometimes I'll cook and am happy to share), full home water filtration, tankless water heater (so you'll never run out or compete for hot water), fitness room, screened back porch, separate covered patio, and large yard with hammocks and fire table.

The location of the property is amazing. It is set in a lowkey and safe neighborhood in the Red Bank community that is central to all the great things about Chattanooga. You have quick access to food, groceries, gas, etc. Some within walking distance. The area is great for walking/running and has other outdoor recreation facilities close by. I am happy to share my recs on places to go, things to do, and our restaurants are amazing. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away and nothing in Chattanooga is ever more than 20 minutes from here.

My pets are really friendly and pretty independent. They won't get in your business unless you want them to. I can put a gate up if you prefer them not to visit you upstairs. I am kind of like them in that I stay to myself and pretty quiet, but don't mind having good conversation or hanging out sometimes. I'm pretty laid back but have my standards and boundaries. I guess that is what I am looking for in a renter too. I don't have too many specific rules, just to be respectful of my space and things.
