Looking for Roomate in Red Bank/Chattanooga Area!

Hi everyone! My name is Robert, and I’m looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Redbank.

The apartment is 2 room, 1.5 bath apartment in Northshore Village, and I have a current roommate moving out in May.

2 Rooms, 1.5 Bath (two bathrooms, one shower)

Comes with Kitchen (+ appliances), Living/Dining room (+ furniture), Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Area (+ small yard)

10-15 Minutes from UTC, Chatt State

15 Minutes from Downtown Chattanooga and Hixson, Walmart/Aldis/Fast Food/etc. are all nearby and quickly accessible

Comes with Neighborhood Pool access

Expectations/Rules:
No Pets (Apartment Complex rules, sorry)

No Smoking/Vaping (Apartment Complex rules)

Roommates of any type are welcome (though being closer to my age (22) is preferred) Please no couples, only individuals.

Please have a job or a consistent source of income before expressing interest

Have a level of general cleanliness, especially in shared spaces. I don’t want to have to clean up after you (especially dishes, garbage, etc.)
