Master Bedroom w/ Full Bath - Must love ferrets

My name is Matt. I’m 33 and have lived in Chattanooga for 10+ years. I graduated from UTC with a bachelor’s in environmental science. I work in architecture and engineering, and I am gone about every other week. My home weeks are work from home. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself when I’m home. It’s a place to relax and recharge.

Because of my work/travel, I need someone who is reliable and willing to feed my two ferrets when I am gone. This is a non-negotiable.

No dogs — 1 cat would be okay, but litter box goes in your room or your bathroom. Non-smoking household. No drugs. Alcohol, vaping. Guests are okay, but no parties and please respect quiet hours. I’m a sleepy dude! (: Would strongly prefer a vegetarian or vegan roomie.

Male or female is fine. Must be steadily employed. Full-time students may be considered. Must be neat and clean up after yourself in common areas.

Price includes rent, all utilities, EPB fiber, lawn care, and pest control. There is a new washer and dryer. Security system installed as well as multiple Ring cameras. There is a Shark robot vacuum as well! House is furnished, your room is not. But feel free to put some stuff in the living room to make yourself at home!
