About The Room
* $1,210/month + utilities (usually around $100)

* From the rooftop, you can see the Batman Building through the trees!

We’re just 10–15 minutes from downtown, about 10 minutes from the airport, and right off the highway, so getting around Nashville is super easy. We’re also close to some great parks, coffee shops, 12 South, and lots of other fun spots!

A little about us!
We’re both 28 and have created a really cozy, peaceful, welcoming home that we genuinely love coming home to.
I’m Kaela, a speech therapist who works from home Monday–Friday. Brooke also works from home during the week and is an incredible musician/singer/songwriter. 🎶

We have kitties!
I have two super sweet kitties, and Brooke has one sweet kitty too (pictured below). They’re all part of the household and very loved.

The kitchen is kinda sick.
We have a dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machines, lots of counter space, and a very neat fridge that literally has a tablet/TV built into it.

We do like to keep the house clean and comfortable, so we’re hoping to find someone who is similarly tidy and considerate. We’d prefer a female roommate with no pets, but we’re definitely willing to be flexible if the right person comes along. 🌱 friendly as well!

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants a comfortable, friendly home where everyone can genuinely enjoy living together while still having their own lives and space.
You’d sign a one-year lease, with the option to renew if we’re all a great match and love living together! 🏡💕
