Downstairs large room + bathroom — Old Hickory,TN

Looking for a reliable roommate for the downstairs portion of house in Old Hickory, TN — about 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville.

The space is quite large with a tiled floor, a bathroom with a small shower and a walk-in closet with plenty of room.

This is our downstairs at the bottom of the stairs - we recently installed a door at the top of the stairs to provide more privacy.

The bathroom also has the house's washer and dryer units in it, so it will occasionally be shared for doing laundry, but most of the time you'll have it to yourself.

I (current roommate) work from home in an office upstairs.

In general, I'm looking for a quiet, easygoing roommate that is OK with cats (two cats live upstairs.)

Since it's a house, there's a small communal living room upstairs, along with a nice-sized kitchen which you are welcome to use.

Also, if you're into gardening, I keep a large vegetable/fruit garden in the backyard during the temperate months, so if that's something you enjoy, you're welcome to be involved in it.

P. S. I recently got some furniture from a neighbor that moved out, so once my current roommate moves all his stuff out, I may be able to semi-furnish it (no extra bed though.)
