A bedroom in our home is available immediately! Our previous roommates were newlyweds who just welcomed a baby girl and moved into their own apartment, so we’re looking for someone solid to take over the space right away.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD

• Commute: About a 15-minute drive to Downtown, or an easy 30-minute bus ride if you use public transit.

• The Neighborhood: Located in a beautiful, calm, and quiet neighborhood.

It’s fully maintained by an HOA that takes care of all lawn care and exterior maintenance, so the grounds always look great with zero yard work on our end.

THE SPACE & PERKS

• Rent: $800/month + split utilities
• Availability: Ready for immediate move-in
• Lease: 12-month lease

• Shared Space: Full access to the kitchen, furnished living room, and a full bathroom shared with one roommate.

• Cleaning Service: A professional maid comes twice a month for all common areas (and can do your bedroom too if you'd like).

• Amenities: In-unit washer & dryer, high-speed fiber internet.

• Parking: Dedicated private parking behind the house, plus easy street parking out front.

• Pets: Cats and small dogs are very welcome!

• Property Management: Professionally managed through Progress Residential, so any house maintenance issues get handled properly and quickly through official channels.

WHO WE ARE

• Me: College student double majoring in neuroscience and psychology. Honestly, I spend about 16 hours a day locked in my room studying. When I take a breather, I’m usually at the gym, hiking, dog sitting, or occasionally doing local trivia.

• Other Roommate: From Europe, works full-time as a cook.

Overall, we run a very peaceful, tidy ship. We’ll hang out and catch up in the living room now and then, but day-to-day we’re both pretty focused on work and school. No strict house "quiet hours," but our immediate neighbors are elderly folks, so we just ask that everyone is mindful of noise.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A responsible professional or student who has reliable income, keeps common areas clean, and is ready to sign a 12-month lease.

• Women are completely welcome—we make a point to keep the home a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. Our past three roommates were either women or couples, and they’re happy to provide references if you’d like to speak with them!

• Must be willing to complete a standard background screening (I will cover the cost).
