2 Rooms with Private Bathrooms – Nashville

Two unfurnished rooms are available in a newer 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in South Nashville. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are fully furnished, so roommates only need to furnish their bedrooms. Furnishing a bedroom may also be considered if needed.

The first room is a bright 11′ × 11′ second-floor corner bedroom with windows on two sides, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, a walk-through closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. Rent is $1,350 per month plus utilities, and the room is available beginning October 2026.

The second room has a small walk-in closet and a dedicated full bathroom immediately beside it. Although the bathroom is not attached, the other residents have their own bathrooms, so it is reserved for the occupant of this room. Rent will be between $1,250 and $1,350 per month plus utilities, depending on the lease term. This room is expected to be available by January 2027 and may become available sooner.

Total household utilities typically range from $200–$400 per month and are divided equally among the residents. Lawn care is included. The home is approximately 2 minutes from Broadway, 5–7 minutes from BNA, and 13 minutes from Vanderbilt.

I work in music and marketing and live with my friendly dog. I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and generally quiet at home. I rarely have guests, don’t host parties, and value a relaxed household where everyone is friendly while still respecting personal space and privacy.

I’m looking for dependable roommates who communicate well, clean up after themselves, pay their share on time, and are comfortable living with a dog. Another well-behaved dog may be considered, but cats cannot be accommodated due to allergies. Longer lease terms are preferred, potentially through January 2028, although shorter arrangements may also be considered. Proof of income, references, and a full background and credit screening will be required before signing a lease.
