It's a big 2B 2B apartment with 10 mins walk to Centennial Park & Vandy Campus.

You'll have your private room, bathroom and closet.

Rent is $1400 per month so split will be $700 per month plus wifi, electricity and renter's insurance split.

Lease will begin on July 1st

Lease term is 12-month but if you wish to leave early, you'll need to inform 6 weeks prior and find your replacement for the remaining term of the lease.

It has a shared laundry inside the building

Dedicated parking spot

Swimming pool, small gym, hair saloon and an Indian Restaurant on 1st Floor.

Security deposit is $1400 (which will mostly be used as last month rent) and we can divide this so it'll be $700 per person. This deposit needs to be paid by 15th June.

$100 application fee per person

$300 move-in cost (which we can split)
