My name is David, and I’m a graduate student. I’ve been living in Nashville for the past five years, and in my current apartment for two years. I’m looking for someone to rent one of the two bedrooms rooms. I’m hoping to find a clean, respectful, responsible, and friendly roommate. The apartment is just two minutes form the YMCA, 5 minutes from the Green Hills mall, 8 minutes from Lipscomb Campus and 15 minutes from Belmont Campus. It is in a great location. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, as well as your own parking space. The property has a swimming pool and laundry facility. The rent is 1,000 per month, plus utilities (including water, electricity and internet), which typically range from $70 to $100 per month. The room will be available starting June 1st.
