THE HOUSE:
Cozy, lived-in bungalow in one of the best parts of East Nashville — walkable to Lockeland Table, Urban Cowboy, Bill’s Sandwich Palace, Groceries Etc., Five Points, Shelby Park, etc.

The house has a strong shared vibe—generally calm day-to-day, with occasional low-key acoustic/music activity.

You’d be living with two respectful, clean, creative music-industry guys. We’ve had both male and female housemates over the years and the dynamic has always been easygoing and communicative.

THE ROOM:
Good natural light, walk-in-style closet, and a rear entry through the laundry area that functions as a semi-private entrance.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT NOTE:
Bathroom (sink/toilet) shared with one other person; main shower (with best water pressure ever) is shared in the house while landlord gears up to add an upstairs shower.

LOGISTICS:
Straightforward roommate agreement with me (primary leaseholder). Ideally seeking someone interested in a longer-term setup, though flexibility is possible for the right fit.
